Orders are dispatched from our warehouses based on location & stock availability:

Please note that during national/public holidays, launch collections, or sale events, processing and dispatch times may be extended due to increased order volumes.

If you just received a shipment notification please allow 1 to 4 working days for the tracking information to update.

Due to stock allocations and availability, your order may be shipped from two warehouses. This will be clearly indicated at checkout when finalising your purchases. Please note, there will be two separate dispatch and delivery timeframes for each parcel
