We are based in Cyprus - Delivery in Cyprus ( 3-4 days)

Orders are dispatched from our warehouses based on location & stock availability:

  • Cyprus Warehouse: Dispatched within 2-4 business days

  • HONG KONG Warehouse: Dispatched within 2–4 business days

  • Please note that during national/public holidays, launch collections, or sale events, processing and dispatch times may be extended due to increased order volumes.

  • If you just received a shipment notification please allow 1 to 4 working days for the tracking information to update. 

  • Due to stock allocations and availability, your order may be shipped from two warehouses. This will be clearly indicated at checkout when finalising your purchases. Please note, there will be two separate dispatch and delivery timeframes for each parcel

  • Duties and taxes - All taxes are included in the price, no extra charges upon delivery.

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
